Proposal
I would like to build a replica of Palatine’s office for Disney World. Star Wars is hugely popular with both adults and children so this would help bring in more revenue to the park. Who wouldn’t want to be able to sit in the Supreme Chancellor’s chair and take a picture? The structure is 175 feet long by 145 feet wide and 40 feet tall at the highest point.  At the back of the structure is an enclosure to allow for a wall that holds the background scene to allow the guests to more realistically look out the window. There will be small lights on the wall as well as a light on each couch in the entrance way but the main light source will be a sky light in the middle of the ceiling. The entrance way is 28 feet wide to allow multiple people to come in and leave without getting too crowded.

Idea for project 2

My idea is to make a computer mouse for my model. By plugging the transmitter into my computer I can broadcast virtually anything. I could do music, the sounds being made by games I play, or even plug in a mic and broadcast whatever I want that way. I thought it would be cool to "disguise"  the transmitter as something that is commonly used with a computer. I want the output cable to come out of the top where a normal mouse cable would be. I'm not sure if I want to have a small hole up top to tune the transmitter or if I want that hidden below so you have to flip the mouse over. The idea I'm most fond of is transmitting game sounds but I've also thought of having multiple things up and playing at once so the sounds overlap (though that's if I can do it so it doesn't sound like crap).

I really liked this video of John Hurt doing a sound project. I particularly liked the part with the marbles and how much the sound changed simply by adding water.

I loved this project. It's a great fake real landscape. It looks and sounds like you are outside but at the same time you know you're not. The sounds and the visuals fool the viewer and give them a "real" experience.

Ok so this link has nothing to do with sound but this gallery has a lot of great video game related art that is just awesome. Since that's my favorite of my ideas I thought it good to include this site.

Project 1 idea

What I'm thinking of doing is making a monument to commemorate the spot where Anakin screwed the universe over by killing off Mace instead of Palpatine.

This is the obelisk at Vigeland Park in Oslo, Norway. It depicts human growth with young babies on the top and old men/women at the bottom of the obelisk. That's what this piece is about but to me I just see it
as a monument to genocide or some other sort of mass killing. It's a huge pile of bodies after all.

This is a space monument in the game EVE online. It's got a very nice space/futuristic look to it which is good for my idea.
This is a Sith Holocron. It's an ancient artifact  from the Star Wars universe and it shows up quite frequently in games.
This is a sculptural piece by Reanne Estrada that I really like and it has a futuristic feel to it which fits in well with my idea.
Since my idea revolves around Anakin basically saying f you to the entire galaxy I'm using this as inspiration for my sculpture.
This is a rough sketch of my idea. I want it to be a rough version of the finger with text down the middle finger.
